Overview
Strategic content for cultural connection.
This project focused on showcasing Zurich’s central station and its Tourist Information Center as a gateway for both local experiences and international travelers. With an emphasis on visually rich, informative content, the goal was to enhance visibility across platforms like Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RedNote)— bridging audiences through culture, interests, and design.
Our Approach
Cross-platform visual content.
The content series leaned into carousel-style formats to share useful info in a digestible, aesthetic way. A standout piece was the stamp booklet — a fun, collectible way for travelers to engage with Zurich that taps into a growing trend in China. The storytelling prioritized cultural curiosity and the joy of “free & memorable” discoveries.
Key components included:
Bilingual layouts for global reach
Platform-native design for Instagram & Xiaohongshu
Emphasis on local experiences, trending travel habits
Results & Impact
Data-driven content through visual appealing and infirmative media.
This project helped increase interest and visibility for the Tourist Center, making it feel less like a help desk and more like a curated welcome. By speaking the visual and emotional language of today’s travelers, especially Gen Z tourists from Asia, the content encouraged deeper city exploration.
For us, data-driven means more than just likes and reach. At uuisbộr, we rely on human insight — market and user research — to understand what truly moves your audience before we press record or start designing. That’s how we create content that works and feels.
